Exchanges & Refunds

Upon receiving your order, the Giberto team in Venice will send you a confirmation receipt. The order will then be processed and shipped; you will be contacted should there be any changes in delivery date.

Should the order you receive not be what you ordered you have 14 days to report the issue to info@giberto.it and ship the package to the following:

Giberto S.R.L. – Calle Caotorta 3565 – San Marco – Venezia, 30124 – Italy

Please include you’re a copy of your order confirmation and an email of reference in the parcel.

The cost of shipping to Venice will not be covered by Giberto and will be paid by the Client. Once the package has been received the merchandise will be inspected and Giberto.it will send feedback within 14 days.

A new package with a revised order will ship once the Giberto team has received approval to do so.

Should you wish to return your order, a refund to the bank account or PayPal account from which the payment was issued will be approved within 14 days from the parcel’s arrival.
