Oro means gold in Italian, but in Venice it also means yes! In the days of the Serenissima, sailors would shout “Oro!” when they spotted the shining Pala d’Oro near the city — the joyful sign they were finally home. Today, Venetians still use oro as a happy, enthusiastic yes, especially when invited for a spritz.
Bright and festive, this glass brings warmth and light to special table settings. It is also dedicated to a very special young lady in our lives named Oro.
