Shipping policy
Only orders for delivery to the country or countries identified during the Order Process will be accepted. Please note that delivery to certain addresses is not possible, including military zones, restricted areas, collection points, or post office boxes. For further information, please contact Customer Service.
In-store collection may be offered free of charge, as well as hand delivery within the city of Venice (historic island area).
If an order includes multiple products, shipment will take place only once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping times vary depending on product availability.
For orders relating to products already in stock and confirmed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 p.m., dispatch to the courier is guaranteed within two (2) business days.
Personalized (engraved or decorated) or made-to-order items require different processing times.
Please note that all stated timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
DELIVERY AND INVOICING
Deliveries are made by standard courier (UPS, DHL, SDA, FedEx or TNT) with average transit times of two to three (2–3) business days, in addition to order preparation time.
We aim to ensure delivery by the carrier within the above timeframes, unless the purchase concerns a product or service for which you were previously informed of longer delivery times, for example in the case of personalized products or items made to the customer’s specifications.
When placing your order, you may select a specific delivery date depending on availability through the Sales Channels. Any selected delivery date is subject to our confirmation.
In the event of a delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and will make reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of the delay.
To confirm delivery of a product, we require a handwritten or electronic signature from you or from a person at the specified delivery address (unless you instruct us otherwise). Upon signature, the risk and responsibility for the purchased goods pass to you.
If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, in the case of a gift), you acknowledge and accept that proof of signature by that recipient (or by a person at the delivery address) shall constitute proof of delivery, proper performance of the sales contract by Giberto, and transfer of responsibility to the recipient under the same terms as if delivery had been made to you.
When ordering products, the customer will receive an invoice sent in writing to the email address provided, as a PDF attachment or in another electronic format.
