RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

This Returns and Exchanges Policy explains how to return a product purchased from us and how to exercise your rights to receive a refund or an exchange.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Products purchased through our Sales Channels may only be returned to our Giberto distribution center at the following address:

To return a product to our e-boutique distribution center, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Customer Service to arrange a collection date with our logistics partner. At this stage, you may be asked to provide information about the product in order to carry out an initial assessment of its condition;

  • The returned package must include the product complete with all accessories, any complimentary items received with the order, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card, and all other documents in their original packaging;

  • Please securely seal the return package;

  • On the agreed date, our logistics partner will provide you with a prepaid air waybill and collect the sealed package.

Please keep proof of shipment of the returned package. If such proof cannot be provided, we accept no responsibility. Only products received by our e-boutique distribution center will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you choose to use a logistics provider other than the one we supply, the risk of loss or damage to the product during transport will remain with you until the product is received by us.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

We will check that the returned product complies with the conditions of this Returns and Exchanges Policy and, if so, we will proceed with the appropriate refund or exchange.

Products must be returned unused, in new and perfect condition, with all protective materials, labels and stickers attached (if any), and inside the original Giberto packaging, together with all accessories and documents.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, or alternatively to reduce the refund amount or exchange value accordingly.

If the order included complimentary items, these must also be returned with the product.

All returns are subject to strict Quality Control (“QC”) checks to ensure compliance with these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, the return will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you. If the product passes QC, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as applicable.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions authorizes us to refuse the returned product and return it to you at your expense.

NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Orders for personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, or specially requested products, or products manufactured differently from standard specifications, may not be cancelled and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
This includes, without limitation, engraved or decorated products.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS

REFUNDS

You may return a product purchased through our Sales Channels for a refund, provided the return complies with these Terms and Conditions.
If the return complies with these Terms and Conditions, within thirty (30) days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund the purchase price of the product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

You may return a product purchased through our Sales Channels for an exchange, provided the exchange complies with these Terms and Conditions.

If a product is exchanged for a lower-priced item, only the purchaser of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference.
If a product is exchanged for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.

REPAIRS

For any repair requests relating to a product purchased through our Sales Channels, please contact Customer Service.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizes and available colors shown on our Platforms, in advertisements, in catalogues or provided by Customer Service are accurate and complete. However, we cannot guarantee, either expressly or implicitly, their accuracy, reliability or completeness.

In particular, product descriptions and information relating to the weight of precious materials, the number of stones and carats, and product dimensions are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary slightly.
