DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All parcels are despatched with Mail Boxes etc / UPS / SDA For your security, Mail Boxes etc. will require a signature upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. In the event that no one is available to sign, Mail Boxes etc / UPS / SDA will leave a card for you to arrange a collection from your local post office. Mail Boxes etc / UPS / SDA delivery times Monday to Friday, 7am - 5.30pm.
We are unable to accept responsibility for customs and handling charges levied by authorities in the country of destination.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, including an order tracking reference to use on the Mail Boxes etc / UPS / SDA website.

A signature is required on all deliveries, so we are unable to leave packages in a secure place.
Faulty or incorrect items - please inform as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order reference.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return goods for a full refund at any time up until ten days after the day your order has been sent out.
You must inform us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com stating your order reference. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk. Engraved or personalised items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days, to the same card used to pay for your purchase. Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
